Hear/t is the simultaneous video-interpreting service in Italian sign language (LIS), offered to deaf customers and point-of-sale staff to ensure, through a smartphone or tablet, complete and professional communication.
The service is available every day 7/7 in the time slot 9:00 - 21:00 and can be activated, upon registration, from this website.
Every dialogue during a purchase or for any need between the deaf customer and the staff of the commercial structure will become simple, professional, more inclusive and accessible.
Hear/t is positioned as an innovative and fundamental service to provide deaf people with all the communication tools essential for their complete integration in a context such as that of a commercial structure in the process of valorization of all the points that make up the ESG (Environmental – Social – Governance) sustainability report, with focus on the “Social” theme.
